I need one of these in my life.  Zip top pouch?  Portfolio clutch?  Will we ever know?  Whatever the case may be, these are fantastic.  Very minimalist and chic.  They are definitely part of my wardrobe basics list (methinks I should do a post on just that).  All of them seem to be at least $150, or worse, £150.  I feel like I could just go to the fabric store and make one myself.  And by that I mean pick out the fabric and make my mom do it.  I need to get that woman and Etsy store.  Anyways, these are my newest obsession and will be for a while.

A pretty picture my boyfriend took when we went away for the weekend.

I’ve come to the conclusion that I have too many beauty products.  I know you’re thinking, “Duh”.  I thought I would propose a challenge to myself and see if I could go from now through the end of the summer without buying any new beauty/cosmetics products.  Obviously I will run out of hygenic items like deodorant and toothpaste which I will happily refill. As for all of the stuff that isn’t integral to my daily life and hygiene, it’s going to be put on hold.

This is such a first world country discussion to be having, I know.  Its just that I’ve been trying to consolidate my life and it needs to start now.  So I am on a mission to prove to myself (and anyone else who cares) that you don’t need 20 of everything in order to get by.
