I have recently become obsessed with 2 blogs in particular.
Sometimes Sweet is the first one. Danielle, the author, is one of the most gorgeous and interesting people and all of her posts are amazing. And all of her clothes are ridiculously cute.
HRH Collection is the second one. I love her taste and vision on everything from clothes to interior decorating. And I can really relate to her because we are only a year apart in age, we both lived in other countries during school and are still obsessed, we can’t seem to find a big girl job, and we pretty much seem to like all of the exact same stuff.
I crossed off all of the things on my to do list today! Yay! I’m such a bad procrastinator, so I always have roll over items on my to do lists. One of my items was to finish my grad school application which was quite an undertaking. Thank goodness that part of the process is done. There is much more to do on that front, but at least I’ve got that bit out of the way.
My other list is a playlist. I thought I’d give it a go to show what I’m listening to at the moment. I have really random music tastes, so beware that I might come across as schizophrenic.

I just got back from Target, and I was pleased to find that almost everything in the store had a clearance sticker on it. Products from all of the natural beauty lines were on clearance for at least half off, so I stocked up. I might go back tomorrow and get some more just because the prices were so ridiculous.

I’m in the process of converting everything in my life to natural and chemical free products. The problem is, it’s not an inexpensive thing to do. So it’s times like these that make me very, very happy.
A rather boring edition of library love. Just got some more CD’s to try and build up my iTunes once again.
On another note, I’m going to a job fair for this company tomorrow so I hope that turns out well. I’ll pray and keep my fingers crossed. This economy is freaking crazy. People don’t want me for some jobs because I have an education and other people don’t want me because I don’t have enough education/experience. It’s ridiculous. I just want to crawl into a cave and hibernate until this whole recession thing blows over.
I’ve seen a couple of girls recently with this nail trend of black French tips, but they had fake nails. I thought I’d try it on mine and I really like how it looks. It will look even better when my nails get a bit longer. I used “Soft Petal” by Revlon and for the tips I used Wet N’ Wild’s black. I’ve always thought I’d be really good at doing nails and I often have people ask me where I get my nails done. I have gotten the urge to get my cosmetology license so that I can do them professionally and legally. Here’s a really bad picture of the finished product.
I’m getting sick 
and I know I’m going to feel like absolute garbage when I wake up in the morning. I’m attempting to OD on vitamin C but I don’t think it’s working.

And since I don’t have $80 to spend on one or an iPhone for that matter, I was wondering where I could get all of the little bits and bobs and do it myself. I was looking online and I found a blog written by a gorgeous French woman. Her most recent post was about her decorating her phone herself. After Googling random terms, I’ve finally found some kits you can have shipped from Japan to decorate your phone. This site has kits, but they are currently sold out. Hopefully it will be back in stock soon!
Today I just got 2 yoga DVD’s. Hopefully these are much better than the one I got the other week.
Also, I tried to give blood today so I can strike another thing off of my Day Zero project and I have to wait until this time next year because I went to Honduras and Belize on the cruise last week. I was so bummed! What have I learned today? Lying is what needs to happen sometimes. That’s just the way life is.
Today, there was lots of library love. I had so many items awaiting my arrival after my time away on the cruise. I got 15 CD’s and 1 book. I’m not going to name all of the CD’s but the book is Swan Thieves by Elizabeth Kostova. She wrote The Historian and I loved that so I’m hoping I love this one just as much. I want to finish Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norell soon so I can start Swan Thieves, but I still have a long, long way to go before I finish. Maybe I can devote a good part of tomorrow to reading.
My boyfriend just gave me this! Loves it! It’s the most amazing green color and it holds loads of water. We already used it to see what the whistle sounds like.
