  My boyfriend gave me my Valentine's day present early yesterday and it was something that I had been wanting forever...a beach cruiser!  He found it at the thrift store and rebuilt it himself so it looks really amazing now.  I only have a picture of the before the changes, but now it has a big basket on the front and bell and fun stuff.  We took it out for a test drive last night and it was so awesome!  I haven't had a bike ride in forever and even though it was freezing, it was amaaaaaazing.  It also knocks the ...

  This was what was left of my cake I made for book club last night.  It came from a Nigella Lawson recipe from her book Feast that my boyfriend got me for Christmas.  It was amaaaaaazing.  I recommend making this one because it only takes about 10 or 15 minutes to make and then you just stick it in the oven for an hour.  Magic. Our next book is Shutter Island and we're going to see the movie together after we read it.  Oh Leo...  For my book (which is months and months away), I want to read something like Lewis ...

  I went to Ulta earlier today because I really wanted some white eyeshadow and eyelashes and I had a coupon for Ulta so I thought I'd give it a go.  I ended up getting 2 Bourjois eyeshadows and a pair of Ardell lashes for sooooooo ridiculously cheap because they were on offer or in the clearance section. Bourjois shadow 1:  Original price $15.00.  Clearance price $3.99 Bourjois shadow 2:  Original price $14.99.  Clearance price $4.99 Ardell Lashes:  Original price $3.79.  Clearance price $2.99 Add the coupon in the mix and that's over $33 worth of stuff for $9.  Not bad.   The other day, I went to CVS to try out some of the "Organic Wear" products from Physician's Formula.  I got the Origin Bronzer and I absolutely love it.  It goes on so well and you can really build up the color without looking muddy and it looks really natural.  I couldn't believe how much I loved it.  It comes in three shades for light, medium and dark skin tones.  Obviously I got the one for light skin tones.  I highly recommend this product.  I'm definitely going to try out some of the other products once I use up some ...
