As I watch Dog The Bounty Hunter and stare into Beth’s boobs, I ponder my life. I’m definitely on the road to consolidation of everything in my life, especially cosmetics and clothing.
I’ve been wanting to adopt the French way of dressing for a long time. Finding those key, quality pieces that will be worn all the time in lots of different ways. And then getting those less expensive trendy pieces as add-ons. I’ve also been looking to buy (when that special day comes where I have money) an amazing handbag that will literally last for the rest of my life even when I use it everyday. The bag I’ve had my eye on is from Longchamp. I’ve realized that I always seem to find myself obsessing over products Kate Moss endorses. Is that bad?
And now this brings us to cosmetics. I’ve spent a horrendous amount of money on cosmetics over the past 10 years and it hurts my brain to think about it. A good amount of it is rarely used which is sad but says something. So I’ve been just using the products I have and only buying things that I actually need. I bought that Laura Mercier and Touche Eclat because they are really amazing products that do many, many things for your face (without many, many products. Consolidation! Get it?!) The only products from MAC I’ve been getting are free products from recycling. I’ve still got a long way to go in terms of eyeshadow and blush palettes, but I definitely think I will be trying these out when that day comes. I’ve never purchased anything from Coastal Scents, but I only hear good things. And it’s wicked cheap.
